Please send us a product photo, link, drawing, or specification, along with your estimated quantity, customization requirements, delivery country and postal code, and target timeline. If you already have suppliers, include their contact details and the current status of your order.
-
Minimum order quantities vary by product and supplier. Ready-stock products may support smaller trial orders, while custom products, logos, and packaging usually require higher quantities.
-
Yes. You can keep your existing suppliers while MIKA manages order requirements, production follow-up, warehouse receiving, pre-shipment inspection, consolidation, and international shipping.
If we identify a problem, we will document it and coordinate corrective action with your supplier. Because the supplier was selected by you, final manufacturing liability and compensation remain between you and your supplier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our Supplier Management service fee is 5% of the total product value, with a minimum fee of $100 per order.
The service includes standard order follow-up, warehouse receiving, consolidation, and the agreed pre-shipment inspection. Shipping, duties, taxes, certification, laboratory testing, custom packaging, extended storage, and special or 100% inspection are quoted separately.
There is no separate service-fee charge for Full-Service Sourcing. Our sourcing, supplier coordination, production follow-up, and standard quality-control costs are included in the quoted unit price.
Sample costs, courier fees, molds, tooling, certification, third-party testing, special inspections, shipping, duties, and taxes are charged separately unless your written quotation specifically states that they are included.

“$0 service fee” means there is no separate service-fee line on your invoice—not that the work has no cost.
Under Full-Service Sourcing, our sourcing and standard order-management margin is included in the quoted unit price. For Supplier Management, where you retain your own suppliers, we charge a separate 5% service fee with a minimum of $100 per order.
-
Yes. If you do not require complete order management, we can provide selected services based on your needs.
Standalone service fees depend on the product, order quantity, number and location of suppliers, inspection scope, warehouse requirements, and delivery destination.
-
Yes. We can coordinate logo printing, private-label packaging, stickers, labels, inserts, barcodes, manuals, and other customization requirements.
Available options, costs, minimum quantities, and lead times depend on the product and supplier. Clients are responsible for confirming that they have the legal right to use all submitted trademarks, designs, and brand materials.

Contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos, videos, affected quantities, carton labels, and packaging details.
For products sourced through MIKA and manufactured against approved specifications, verified manufacturing defects will be handled according to the written order terms. Depending on the issue, the solution may include rework, replacement, credit, or compensation.
For products purchased from your own supplier, MIKA will assist with evidence and communication, but final liability remains with you and your supplier. Transit damage is handled according to the selected carrier and cargo-insurance terms.
-
Yes, where available. Depending on the product, destination, quantity, and required delivery time, we can arrange express, air, sea, or door-to-door shipping solutions.
Duties and taxes are included only when the written quotation specifically states DDP or tax-included delivery. Otherwise, import duties, taxes, customs charges, and destination fees remain the client’s responsibility.
-
Payment terms, deposit requirements, balance deadlines, and official payment instructions will be stated in the quotation or proforma invoice for each order.
Production and shipment will proceed according to the confirmed payment schedule. Any change to payment details should be verified directly with MIKA through an official communication channel before payment is made.
-
We clearly identify what is included and excluded in the quotation. However, freight rates, exchange rates, customs charges, raw-material prices, client-requested changes, and third-party fees may change before they are secured.
If a material cost changes, we will explain the reason and request approval before proceeding whenever possible. No quotation should be treated as permanently fixed beyond its stated validity period.
-
Tell us immediately. We will check whether production, material purchasing, packaging, tooling, or other non-recoverable work has already begun.
Changes may affect the price and delivery time. Refunds depend on the project stage and recoverable amount; factory deposits, custom materials, completed work, molds, samples, and third-party fees may be non-refundable.

No responsible sourcing company can guarantee the lowest price in the entire market.
A low quotation may involve different materials, reduced specifications, inconsistent quality, unrealistic lead times, or missing packaging and logistics costs. We focus on finding a commercially suitable option based on your required quality, quantity, timeline, and total landed cost—not simply the cheapest number.
