How pricing works
For orders purchased through MIKA’s supplier network and manufactured according to the approved sample and confirmed specifications, MIKA is responsible for product quality. If a verified manufacturing quality issue arises, we will arrange free replacement or compensation in accordance with the confirmed order terms.
Service Fee: $0. Our sourcing, production-management, and standard quality-control costs are included in the quoted unit price.
Sample costs and courier fees, molds or tooling, certification, third-party testing, special or 100% inspection, shipping, duties, and taxes are quoted separately unless they are specifically included in your written quotation.

If you already have factories you trust, MIKA can coordinate with them on your behalf. We track timelines, clarify requirements, inspect products, combine orders in our warehouse, and arrange shipping—without requiring you to replace your supplier network.

How pricing works
If an inspection identifies a quality issue, we will document it and work with your supplier on rework, replacement, or another corrective solution before shipment. Because the supplier was selected by you, any final product loss or compensation remains the responsibility of you and your supplier.
MIKA is responsible for order follow-up, inspection, reporting, supplier coordination, consolidation, and logistics, but does not guarantee the quality of goods purchased from your own supplier.
Service Fee: 5% of the total product value, with a minimum fee of $100 per order.
Standard order follow-up, warehouse receiving, consolidation, and an agreed pre-shipment inspection are included. Shipping, duties and taxes, certification, third-party testing, custom packaging, and special or 100% inspection are quoted separately.
